This Mid-Autumn Festival, Mott 32 has once again partnered with the “Picasso of pastry”, Pierre Hermé, to bring a first ever-exclusive range of mooncakes that reinvent the traditional Chinese mooncake with unique flavours, textures and presentation.

Available exclusively at Mott 32 Hong Kong, these mooncakes are sold in a set of four different flavours and are presented in a keepsake gift box at HK$580 each.

ISPAHAN

Almond, raspberry and rose cake layered with a litchi fruit paste and covered with a pink chocolate coating.

QIN YIN

Almond and jasmine cake layered with a grapefruit fruit paste and covered with a blond chocolate coating.

VANILLA

Almond and vanilla cake covered with a vanilla chocolate coating.

QI QIAO

Almond and orange blossom cake layered with a Kumquat fruit paste and covered with a white chocolate coating.

ABOUT PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS

 

Founded in 1997 by Pierre Hermé and Charles Znaty, the company has grown rapidly since 2010 on an international scale, with several retail outlets boutiques in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
