EXECUTIVE CHEF ALAN JI, MOTT 32 LAS VEGAS
In 2009, Chef Alan began his career as part of the opening culinary team for Hakkasan in Miami, which was later named one of the top 10 restaurants in the city. He continued to climb the ranks within the Michelin-starred Hakkasan family over the next few years in New York and Las Vegas before becoming executive chef at the Beverly Hills outpost in 2014.
In 2016, Chef Alan joined the Wing Lei team at Wynn Las Vegas as Chef de Cuisine. During his tenure, Wing Lei was awarded a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award two years in a row, making it the only Chinese restaurant in North America to hold this prestigious honor.
As Executive Chef of Mott 32 Las Vegas, Chef Alan Ji aims to use the finest, seasonally focused ingredients and allow their authentic flavors to shine in his dishes.
